note permitted loads in the following states require provisional
information. Please make sure your drivers have them when traveling
with permitted loads in these states.

What are State Provisional Sheets?
When
referencing oversize and overweight permitting, State provisional
sheets are general state rules regarding transportation of an oversize
or overweight load. Certain states require you to attach provisional
sheets to your permit. Note: you may also have restrictions outlined on
your oversize/overweight permit which must be followed. Be sure to read
those carefully.
PLEASE
DOUBLE CHECK WITH THE PERMIT OFFICE TO ENSURE YOUR DRIVER HAS ALL THE
REQUIRED PAPERWORK, MAPS, AND CURRENT PROVISIONAL SHEETS.
