What are State Provisional Sheets?

When referencing oversize and overweight permitting, State provisional sheets are general state rules regarding transportation of an oversize or overweight load. Certain states require you to attach provisional sheets to your permit. Note: you may also have restrictions outlined on your oversize/overweight permit which must be followed. Be sure to read those carefully.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK WITH THE PERMIT OFFICE TO ENSURE YOUR DRIVER HAS ALL THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK, MAPS, AND CURRENT PROVISIONAL SHEETS.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVERS ARE HANDS FREE!
